I have rheumatic arthritis & severe inflammation and doing Yoga with Vallari has helped control that immensely, improving my flexibility. Besides, it has also included some comtemplative practices in my life.

It has been over 2 years now practicing with Vallari. From not being able to sit on the floor without the support of blocks to now being able to comfortably sit in sukhasana without breaking a sweat, what a journey it has been! She never misses a beat and very gently and safely guides me through all the old and new aasans. Her patience, words of encouragement and calming voice is what brings me back to the mat week after week. I am truly amazed by how much my body has changed.
